Preparation

• Face-to-face meeting as required
• Unlimited emails & phone calls
• Sourcing of wedding and reception venues
• Site inspection of venues and locations
• Sourcing of all wedding vendors (eg florist, photographer, entertainers etc)
• Schedule appointments for consultations with vendors

Management

• Manage all contracts with vendors
• Manage deposits and final payments by means of budget plan
• Create a decorative concept for your wedding day
• Table mock-ups to confirm styling
• Develop a wedding day schedule

The Big Day

• Attend on your wedding day to co-ordinate all services and vendors
• Attend and supervise from the ceremony until the first dance
• Breakdown on all props etc on the following day

Planning Fee

Each wedding that we plan and coordinate for our clients is bespoke. When we receive your information from your first initial free consultation, we can then put together a package that reflects your event.
